At Floatingcity gear, we want you to feel confident in your style; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is identified correctly.

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
